1. WHOLESALE ONLY
We sell to good retailers of many kinds, including gift shops, book & stationery stores, museums, department stores, Garden centers, and galleries worldwide.
2. DESIGNED BY US
Every product we sell has been created in our studio by a team of product, packaging, and graphic designers… generally starting with a blank piece of paper and a pencil!
3. NEW THINGS
We work on product development every single day in the studio and launch things every few months, so there is always something new for your customers!
4. AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE
Our products are available in over 70 countries around the world, either supplied directly from IF warehouses, or via one of our distributors.
5. WAREHOUSE & STOCK
We hold stock and fulfill orders from our own production and warehousing facilities in Tuscumbia, Alabama.
6. CUSTOMER CARE

7. MERCHANDISING & DISPLAY

Our products sell consistently year after year and lots of our sales are repeat orders - simply because our products are really clever and appeal to lots of people! Apparently, that’s quite unusual!
9. INDEPENDENT RETAILERS
We try to support our retailers in every way we can, by offering all sorts of helpful things like low MOQs, small pack sizes, quick delivery, ‘starter packs’ (a great way to trial a range), and often free shipping on qualifying orders.
10. BIGGER RETAILERS & DISTRIBUTORS
For retailers who require a little more, we can provide EPOS data, EDI, compliance certification, shipping, etc. And of course, our products are manufactured to all the relevant quality standards.
